• Someone I Know Was Once Ripped Off By A Contractor, How Do I Protect Myself?

   

  Unfortunately there are people in the community that give reputable industries a bad name.  In our opinion these three main steps are a good way to filter out unwanted handymen and day laborers.  First, make sure your contractor has a General Liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance Policy in effect.  Call their policy providers direct to ensure premiums have been paid and the policy is valid.  Second, do not pay any contractor any funds up front for any renovations or repairs.  Third, make sure they belong to at least one association.  Many fly-by-night home renovation companies will not incur that extra expense that helps validate their business.

   

• How Much Does A New Roof And Gutters Cost?

   

  The cost of a new roof and gutters depends on two key issues: One - how large is your roof area,: and Two - what kind of roof do you want.  Both of these factors directly impact the cost of roofing materials.  Do you want architectural shingles or will flat standard shingles better fit your budget?  Once we measure your roof, then we can speak with you to educate you on a variety of shingle and warranty choices that will match your budget and style.

• Do I Have To Pay Anything Up Front?

   

  Absolutely not.  You never pay up-front for any renovations or home repairs.  You will only need to pay once the work is done and you are satisfied.

   

• How Much Of A Mess Will Renovations Or Repairs Make To My Flower Beds Or Yard?

   

  Our teams are dedicated to providing you with a professional level of service.  Although some walking on the yard may be needed we absolutely do our best not to disturb your personal property that you work hard to maintain and enjoy.  We will tarp your flower beds for roof and gutter renovations.  We also bring any equipment that we may need, into the home in the least disturbing manner possible.  And of course we always clean up after ourselves.  The bottom line is if you’re not happy about how my crew is treating your property call us immediately.

   

• I Have A Severe Weather Restoration Issue And Need To Use My Insurance Policy For The Repairs, Can You Help Me With This?

   

  Yes we can.  As mentioned earlier, never pay any up-front money to begin any home renovations, this includes insurance claims.  First we meet with you to discuss your needs and wants.  Then we work directly with your insurance company during the renovations process.  We work hard to help you put your home and life back together after storm damage.  Our team of professionals are here to help you.
