Our Real Estate Income Service never requires our clients to pay us a fee to become our students.  Our service is not a tutorial on how to quit your job and make money in real estate.  Instead our clients want to make money in real estate while still maintaining their full time jobs and having weekends to spend with their families.  Also, we have our own funds in every project you participate in.

Our service solves the three biggest hurdles most clients have:

1.  Lack of Knowledge –    Our clients do not work in the real estate industry full time,

so they are not aware of all the necessary factors, including

code enforcements, regulations, and tax implications to

legally and properly conduct large scale renovations.

2.  Lack of Time –             Our clients are busy with their work and family lives.  They

maintain full time jobs and spend weekends with their

families.  They want to relax during off hours, not ramp up

another full time job.

3.  Lack of Money –           Many clients who want to grow wealth in real estate simply

do not have the amount of cash it takes to fully and

adequately fund large scale renovation projects.  A property

must be purchased, renovated, then either sold or rented.

This process takes time and money.  Instead a client can

work with us in small amounts that are manageable to meet their budget and goals. 

When working with a private client we sign the same contracts that we use with large FDIC insured lenders.  This contract is binding and allows our clients to have confidence in our relationship.

We offer two choices that our clients can use to grow wealth in real estate:

1 – clients can take advantage of receiving a lump sum cash-out when using our

     property flipping process.

2 – receive checks each month when participating in our rental portfolio.

The property flipping process calls for New Horizon Residential to purchase and renovate a home.  Our clients participate with funds that are used towards those renovations.  The home is then sold allowing us and our client to receive a lump sum cash payout at the time of closing.  Since we don’t charge our clients any ancillary fees, if they don’t make money, we don’t make money.

When a client chooses to receiving monthly checks with our rental portfolio, they are choosing to control how much and when they receive their money.  A client start by receiving the monthly checks then can move forward to include lump sum cash-outs as they gain confidence.  This dual level of participation allows clients to receive a steady flow of income each month, and also a larger pay out when they want it.  The monthly check validates that they do not have to wait several months for a property flip to occur.  These clients know quickly that they are earning more money on their funds than any bank is paying them.
